So what is it? A participant-driven conference-styled PD event with multiple sessions and presentations on Wednesday, August 23 @ Ramapo HS. You attend the workshops that most interest you! Day will include a starter breakfast in the faculty room at 8am, lunch on your own, and giveaways! Earn up to 6 PDC hours! There will be sign-in sheets during each session.
What’s the theme? Our theme for this District EDcamp will be “Ditch That Worksheet: Creative and Innovative Teaching”. We will be highlighting creative approaches to the classroom as well as new and innovative things you are trying, seamless tech use and great apps/programs of choice, and ways you “ditch that worksheet” for more hands-on experiential learning.

How do I present? Glad you asked! You can submit your presentation proposal here. Presenters will earn 2 hours of prep time for their 1-hour presentation. So- you can walk out after this PD day with 8 PDC hours!
How do I register? Go to MLP and access the District Catalog. Find the District Summer EDcamp and click on the activity to signup.
What else should I know? More information will follow, along with a schedule of all of the sessions being offered at what time slots. We will be using the Guidebook App for the schedule and event.
